I had an exceptional experience at Affa Boutique Hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Pham Vand Duc, the receptionist. Mr. Duc went above and beyond to assist us with arranging cab facilities, ensuring a smooth and convenient transportation experience. Not only did he make the process seamless, but he also surprised us with an amazing discount, making our stay even more enjoyable. Affa Boutique Hotel itself is a gem in Hanoi. Its prime location close to the city center allowed us to easily explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi. The convenience of being in such a central location added immense value to our trip. The accommodation at Affa Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The rooms were not only comfortable but also maintained a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I didn't expect this $25s USD hotel to serve breakfast. They offered some food options and I'm happy with all of them. The location is amazing. It sits close to the famous public park and lake in the center of the city. I can walk to many tourist attractive places. One Saturday morning, I got up and saw hundreds of Hanoi people citizens running around the lake. It looked like the official marathon event. Then, I decided to join them lol. Staff are friendly, helpful (fast response even on email), and caring. For example, when I asked them to keep my baggage after I checked out, they even helped me to carry it and keep it in a safe place.

I like the place its very clean, room is bit small but suitable for 2 person, toilet is very clean . staff are friendly with security guard outside is very helpful. hotel is is the center of everything all you have to do is just walk. near police station and branded shop. near french colony, market and all coffee shop. there is night market near the lake. night life is open every saturday and sunday. everything is perfect and smooth. will deffinitely recomend and comeback soon.

Please give her a raise, she is worth it. A perfect location. Extremely delicious breakfast. The room was stylish and the bed was confortable. Safe.

Saturday evening roads around lake closed with a festival feel! enjoy!! Hotel staff excellent!! Hotel manager so helpful!!! Good value for money!!
