Mr. Duc went above and beyond to assist us with arranging cab facilities, ensuring a smooth and convenient transportation experience. Not only did he make the process seamless, but he also surprised us with an amazing discount, making our stay even more enjoyable. Affa Boutique Hotel itself is a gem in Hanoi. Its prime location close to the city center allowed us to easily explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi. The convenience of being in such a central location added immense value to our trip. The accommodation at Affa Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The rooms were not only comfortable but also maintained a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent, the staff were extra friendly, rooms were very clean would definitely stay here again. Beds were super comfy . The location is excellent we could walk to most attractions. We were a bit late for breakfast but the staff still prepared something for us. Had a good stay.

amazing location.. close to Turtle Lake, restaurants, cafes, entertainment and travel centres. Friendly and welcoming staff! Clean room. Spotless clean!

I like the place its very clean, room is bit small but suitable for 2 person, toilet is very clean . staff are friendly with security guard outside is very helpful. hotel is is the center of everything all you have to do is just walk. near police station and branded shop. near french colony, market and all coffee shop. there is night market near the lake. night life is open every saturday and sunday. everything is perfect and smooth. will deffinitely recomend and comeback soon.

location!! go left and down a few streets beautiful little restaurants!! go right to the lake!! Quieter section so don’t expect bars and parties.. but can access easily!! Saturday evening roads around lake closed with a festival feel! enjoy!! Hotel staff excellent!! Hotel manager so helpful!!! Good value for money!!
